Teams Direct Routing billing
Teams Direct Routing is billed per user, per month rather than by usage. There is no minimum commitment, no setup fee, and you can stop using the service at any time.
Choose a plan
Live Hub offers two plans:
| Plan | Includes |
|---|---|
| Hosted Essentials+ | SIP trunk connectivity to Teams Direct Routing, and automatic configuration of the Teams tenant's connection to Live Hub. |
| Hosted Pro | Everything in Hosted Essentials+, plus lifecycle number management, the advanced telephony portal, and user policy and automation management. |
Define licensed users
Teams Direct Routing billing is based on the value in the Licensed users field on the Teams connection, not on the number of users who make or receive calls.
You set the number of licensed users when you connect the Teams tenant, and you can change it later by selecting Configure.
The minimum number of licensed users is 1.
Understand Teams Direct Routing billing
The monthly per-user charge accrues throughout the month. Live Hub deducts a portion of the charge each hour instead of charging the full monthly amount at once. If you add users during the month, you pay only for the period during which those users are licensed.
Each licensed user includes 500 Teams-to-SIP minutes per month. Live Hub pools these minutes across the account.
To calculate the monthly allowance, multiply the number of licensed users by 500. For example, an account with 100 licensed users includes 50,000 Teams-to-SIP minutes per month.
If your account exceeds the included allowance, Live Hub charges additional Teams-to-SIP minutes at the standard rates. For current rates, see Live Hub pricing.
The included allowance applies only to Teams-to-SIP traffic. Live Hub bills all other services separately at the standard rates, including: - Teams-to-bot calls - Calls from AudioCodes phone numbers to Teams - Traffic that does not involve Teams
